Apple has unveiled the new iMacs powered by the long-awaited M4 chip and supercharged by Apple Intelligence.
Customers can pre-order the iMacs, while its global release is set to start on November 8. Available in more than 28 countries and regions, the iMac will be priced at $1,294. It is available in seven colours: green, orange, purple, silver, yellow, pink, and blue. The iMac with the 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU is priced at $1.499. This version of the iMac will be available in Silver, blue, purple, pink, orange, yellow, and green.
Powered by the powerful M4 chip, the iMac is set to be 1.7x faster than the iMac with M1. The new iMacs with M4 will be able to withstand more intense workloads and provide a smoother gaming experience. The standard iMac will have 16 GB memory, which can be configured to 32 GB. Apple Intelligence also comes with the iMacs. Users can use Apple Intelligence to fuel their creative process and streamline their work.
The new iMacs with M4 come with an impressive display. The iMac; 's 24-inch 4.5k Retina display ensures clarity and vibrancy. It is also available with a nano-texture option which dramatically decreases the amount of glares and reflections on the screen. Apple has also revealed a new 12 MP Centre Stage camera. This camera also supports Desk View which allows video calls to be more engaging. Additionally, Centre Stage makes sure that each person is perfectly centred during a video call.
All of the USB-C ports on the iMac support Thunderbolt 4 which allows for super quick data transfers. The new iMac also supports Bluetooth 5.3 as well as Wi-Fi 6E. mac0S Sequoia also brings more convenient and other useful features to the iMacs.
