Reel Editing Made Simpler.
We’re making it easier to edit your reels on Instagram by merging video clips, audio files, stickers, and text on a single editing page. As a result, timing and visually matching the various segments of your reel to the relevant moments becomes easier.
As we continue to invest in new, simpler, and easier ways to edit reels. Keep an eye out for even more exciting options in the future. This is available everywhere on mobile devices running iOS and Android.
Reels Insights has been updated
To help you better understand how your content is performing, we are improving Reels insights. With the addition of two new measures, total watch time and average watch time. It will now be easy to review your insights while immediately seeing your reels.
Total watch time is the sum of all viewing time for your reel, including any replaying time. The average amount of time spent watching your reel can be calculated by dividing the average watch time by the total number of plays.
