Hello Wonder is an AI companion catered towards children to ensure kid-friendly content, internet safety for children and parental supervision over internet activities.

Hello Wonder is currently available only in the iOS and iPad versions. Both devices will require an A9 chip and iOS 16 and above. The app is free to use as it is currently in the Early Access Program. However, plans to introduce subscription plans are not out the window. The company is likely to introduce paid plans in the future. Expanded Support for Chromebooks and Android tablets is also in the works.

The startup was founded by Seth Raphael in 2023. This AI browser has recently raised around $2.1 million from various investors such as Ground Up Ventures, Designer Fund, Chasing Rainbows, Tony Fai, Jason Toff and more.

Hello Wonder: Features of the AI companion

This AI companion lets children ask the AI questions and receive answers accordingly. Kids can even use their voices to ask questions instead of typing them out on a keyboard. Wonder also provides entertainment to the kids through videos, games, podcasts, music, books and even more fun activities. This lets the parents go about their daily activities while keeping their children entertained.

Furthermore, children with a knack for creativity can create and share their projects with their parents, friends and relatives. The AI companion also protects the child while they are online so they do not get exposed to any of the ‘bad stuff’.

Hello Wonder gives parents peace of mind by blocking out dangerous and harmful websites while their child is browsing the internet. It provides the parents with screenshots of their child’s internet activity as well. Parents can even learn about what their kids are interested in with the data they receive from Wonder. They can even send messages, artworks and stories to each other. Hello Wonder also helps the child learn new things and screen time can also be set to ensure healthy usage of technology.
