Google Chat adds a new feature inspired by Slack

Google Chat has launched a new feature called Huddles, which provides users with quick voice and video meeting capabilities. Similar to Slack's popular Huddles, the functionality allows users to rapidly go from chatting to calling without leaving the app.

How to Set Up a Huddle?

Starting a huddle in Google Chat is easy and user-friendly:
1. Start a chat conversation.
2. Click the drop-down menu next to the call icon.
3. Choose the "Start the Huddle" option.
The conversation starts as a voice call by default, but users can turn on video or show their screens during the meeting.
