A new Apple Sports update was introduced right before the NFL and college football sessions were expected to begin.

Apple Sports was introduced earlier this year in February and its main goal is to provide fans with quick and easy access to the latest updates of their favourite sports teams. It supports various leagues such as the NBA, NHL, MLB, and MLS. NCAA basketball and more leagues.

Apple Sports is a free app and it is available to download through the App Store. It can be downloaded to countries such as the US, Canada, and the UK.

Apple Sports Update: All upcoming updates

The new update for the upcoming football games includes improvements to play-by-play. This will assist football fans and viewers in tracking all the movements and actions happening on the field. A dynamic drive tracker has also been released. The tracker allows the fans to visualise the location of the ball on the field at any point in time. Fans can follow their favourite teams on Apple Sports and receive the latest updates.

With the coming of iOS 18 and watchOS11, the app will bring out Live Activities for every team and league that exists on the app. This means that life scores and play-by-play capabilities will be possible with a quick look at the user’s Apple Watch and iPhone lock screens.

Another upcoming Apple Sports update will include a drop-down navigation to view the main scorecards. Furthermore, a new and improved search will also be available soon. This makes it easier for users to watch matches of leagues they are not following.

Apple plans to include more leagues in the future such as the Europa League, and the Champions League.
