Don’t work with everyone 

Learn how to say no to projects that you don’t want to work on. In the beginning, the money might make you accept every offer that comes your way. This may end up making you miss even more chances because you won’t have time to do what you really love. Always have one eye focused on the future and make sure that all of the decisions you’re making will have an impact in the long term.  

Make a passion project 

Sometimes, you’re going to have to work on something that you don’t want to. Every minute will feel like an hour. When that sort of project comes your way, pick a passion project on the side too. This will keep your mind occupied since you’ll know that something better is waiting for you. 

This will make time pass faster, and it will keep the love you have for graphic design. This also gives direction.
